On time, great driver, helpful.

Steve was our driver, he was excellent! He took the stress out of getting to the airport on time and getting picked up with delays! Excellent communication from Bookinglane and Steve, will definitely use again!

Communications were consistent and detailed from registration confirmation to the driver's daily updates. Our driver Aleks was on time, courteous, an excellent driver, and familiar with each day's routing. We had Aleks (Blacklane) on Nov. 1 and 5 for airport transfers and Nov. 3 & 4 for several hours each day.

EVP needed a ride I am an event planner who received a call from the Executive Assitant of an EVP attending my event. He was arriving late and she wanted to know who was collecting him from the airport. As his arrival was late and our venue was over an hour away I suggested scheduling an Uber which was not well received. I contacted another local company and received a four digit quote (3 hour minimum garage to garage). Then I found booking lane. Fast, efficient, beautiful car, respectful driver, great communication. Thank you for making us look good and for caring for our event VIP.
