I got to the hotel and they gave us a handicapped room that was filthy the shower had mold and hair in it. When I asked for a new room they said we had to call booking buddy. It took 30 minutes to get a refund processed. Because we booked with booking buddy they couldn’t just refund us directly.

Your site is becoming very clumsy to deal with. It thinks it is anticipating what I want and I keep trying to correct it and it does not take the correction. Also, too many of the sites have the same bloody flight information and rates so it does not make it useful when I can just to go those individual sources. I have used your site for years but think I may go elsewhere in the future. Good luck, I think you need a good clean up.

Your advertizements state a deal that cannot be found when you go to the website. Feels like a bate and switch....

This site doesn't help much to find the flights requested. I get a lot of emails but when I check the flight offered at the "low" price, I never find "said" price.

I just received an alert - Syracuse to St Petersburg - $66 RT, Allegiant. When checking Smart One, Expedia, etc. that pop up, there are airfares for every other airline BUT Allegiant. Non-stop seems to apply to Jet Blue flights from SYR to JFK then JFK to PIE. Other info gives only flights to TPA. Not helpful.

I got charge for something the I was not expecting, such us booking fees.

Was looking for reasonable deals on flights to Germany. Website promises cheap flights. There are no deals. False advertising!
