Michael
They helped me a lot as this was my first time. My contact was very helpfull, I had previously self published it on amazon kdp, they were able to keep my reviews when it switched. I got 5 images with my package and they financed me in house, a reasonable monthly payment. They blew me away with the cover. They helped me achieve a dream come true in a way, I am still impressed when I look at it and read it, I am a hero to my kids and very proud of what I did with their amazing help, worth every penny.

They were thoughtful, understanding, helpful, insightful and extremely professional. They turned raw material into something far above my capabilities. They were honest from beginning to completion. I could not have found anyone better. Period! Sincerely, Rob Schleider
