It really has been a good experience
It really has been a good experience. There were times when I was promised a response/reply by a certain day, but I had to reach back out to the contact because she forgot, or got busy. That was frustrating, but overall it was great!

Assistance With Successful Supervision
I had a very good experience with Book Fuel. Lindsey was terrific. She always responded quickly and gave me the information we needed. Talia was equally responsive. She was also very patient in working with me on social media issues. I could rate Book Fuel higher if the company had more marketing consultation available, particularly dealing with web development and Linked In. In fact, I would think that providing additional book marketing assistance at a slightly higher rate would be attractive to many authors. Overall, I am very pleased with the final product we produced with the help of Book Fuel.

We also appreciate the suggestions regarding our marketing services, and we always take every suggestion from our customers seriously, and we work towards implementing a solution as quickly as possible. In fact, we recently released a new marketing service which gives authors the ability to work with a Personal Marketing Assistant. This assistant works with the author to develop a personalized marketing plan specific to the authors goals for the book, and then helps them achieve these goals. It can be social media set up, helping schedule book signings, booking podcast/radio interviews...you name it! They came through with what they …
They came through with what they promised. Pricing wasn't too bad. They were wonderful to work with and very professional. they were able to give me a little guidance where permitted as far as stylistic opinions which I really appreciated. My contact, Julia was kind and knowledgeable, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I will likely use them again for my next project. I
