I still feel a hang over from the editing process with Bookfuel. Not because there bad in any way, but I learned a great deal, and still am. However the editor that I had is now gone, and still am feeling the effects of his passing. This is not to say that Justin my current editor isn't a good or great editor, there just different people. BookFuel is a great place to polish and copyedit your story I will be back. There customer service is spot on. Lori is competent and accommodating, she goes the extra mile.

Book fuel has done more then what I ask for with relations of getting my book published. They completed my book two weeks ahead of schedule and when I ordered 100 books for my book sale they delivered by book 3 days ahead of schedule. Most importantly , I like the constant communication back in forth. I'm looking forward to do business with book fuel again for my second book :)

I had an enjoyable experience with the Bookfuel staff. Even though there was a number of changes with the accounts managers with my project, the comradeship never diminished therefore I felt comfortable to press forward. For over a year and a half, I had been looking for a self-publisher that I could work with to publish my book. But more often than not, they were either too expensive or there were a lot of catches, or both. But with Book Fuel, it was different. First of all, they allow you to make payments on your publishing costs rather than one hugecsum. That's great for a working guy like me who doesn't have $2000-3000 dollars to plop down on a book. Second, their turnaround time is 3 to 6 months. Other places take up to a year to release the book. And third, they offer a wider range of exposure. My book is available through Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, Apple I-Tunes, and Kobo. But above all, their reps and editors are the most helpful I've encountered. Rebbecca, my introductory rep, and Nicole, my editor and author rep, we're easy to work with and easy to contact whenever I needed help. They were pretty quick to get in touch with or call me back if I leave a message or email. All in all, while I'd wish to get published with a major publisher someday, I would gladly take my next novel to them again.
