Chose the wrong product reached out for help and all I get are computer generated responses, nothing that applies to my requests for help. I’ve sent 6 emails and reach out on Fb & IG. This company is the worst.

Have worn these for years and sizing and material have changed. Leg holes are much smaller as is the waist and material is much slinkier. No longer a comfortable fit.

I love Boody's products and have often bought them in the pharmacy. But I made the mistake of ordering online and I'm left with nothing but regret. They advised of a five day wait for dispatch due to high demand. Fair enough, I thought. I'm now at 17 days and nothing, and they won't respond to emails. I suspect my money is down the toilet. Shame because some of their stuff looks great but it's not worth the risk. I don't accept the "It's a busy time of year" argument. I've successfully ordered from several other companies who somehow managed to get the memo that it was Christmas....
