I had an issue with a package where only 1 item from my order ended up delivered to me long after I had ordered it and the item packaging was clearly damaged in transit. The Boody team was happy to take care of me and ensure I received my full order by sending out a new shipment very quickly! 10/10 customer service

Boody is such a fantastic brand, the fabric is luxurious as well as great for my sensitive skin and every piece fits like a glove, from the underwear, crops and tshirt bras to the sleepwear, I am obsessed and cannot wear anything else!

I have been ordering clothes and underwears for years from Boody and I love their products. I received an order and one of my new bras had a defect. I contacted the customer service and the lady was so nice! After a few questions they sent me a new one very fast. I am very happy and will keep ordering from them for sure.
