Boody USReviews of boody.com

I bought the Wireless T-Shirt bra because I had been looking for this type of bra with non-removable cups. When I washed the bra, the cups were folded up inside and needed to be flattened. Without any access, it was a bit tricky to do this. Otherwise, I love the bra and would have given it 5 stars. It is very soft and comfortable.

Update 9/1/2024: The head of customer service reached out to me by email after I left my original review. She was kind, understanding, and worked hard to make things right. I feel that she did make up for the original concerns I had and allowed me to reorder without my having to pay more than my original order. Additionally, I realized that I was incorrect in the part of my original review where I stated that my original order included my “first order 15%” off in addition to the “build-a-pack-of-5” 15% off discount. The two discounts did not bundle and that part was my misunderstanding. In the end I was comfortable placing another order with Boody. Original review 8/23/2024 (1-star) I love Boody underwear and the sustainability/business model of the company. The underwear I currently owned had been given to me as a gift. I was unfortunately quite disappointed in the customer service with the first order I placed with them recently. I made sure to order an extra item that I wouldn’t have otherwise ordered in order to qualify for free shipping, I used my “first order” 15% off code, and built a pack with 5 pairs of underwear in order for them to be discounted at 15%. I was notified 10 days later that 3 pairs of underwear were refunded by Boody because they were out of stock. I would have happily picked any other color at the time of my order if I had known. I contacted Boody right away and would have been happy if I could have just reordered 3 new pairs of underwear and paid the same price as the original 3 that were refunded. After 11 days the final resolution via email was that they would give me a new “first-order” 15% discount code, but could not honor the free shipping or the “save 15%” price for a 5-pack of underwear (which was what I originally ordered). I just wanted some cozy underwear that were the appropriate size to get me through my 3rd trimester of pregnancy comfortably. At this point I do not plan to reorder from Boody and pay more than I did in my original order. I will find another brand or company from which to buy.

I love my new bra. It is exactly what I need for those days when I don't feel like putting on a bra at all but need to. I also really appreciated the eco-friendly packaging.

The quality of the bras I ordered was good but the fit for me was not good. I feel like they flattened me out and were not that comfortable. They did let me return them since I had only tried them on. It took several days for them to respond to my return request but they did respond and the process was easy after that.

So soft and a great fit! However the “easy to remove tag” was kind of difficult to remove.

I thought service was good. I did have trouble ordering, because I wanted a pkg deal of bikinis in different colors, and the ordering system was confusing and inefficient. I ended up getting all one color, to end my frustration. I love the way these bikinis feel, but I did not enjoy having to remove all of those extra tags!

The bras are definitely soft. The sizing on the website is SUPER weird though, with incredibly wide ranges for their bralettes. I ordered small based on my measurements - which surprised me because I don't think of my chest as "small" but figured whatever. Anyway, the small was def too tight. Their "comfort guarantee" only applies to undies and socks, not bras, so unfortunately they wouldn't refund me for my first bra, and were rather unapologetic about it, despite the fact that their sizing charts are whack. I did go ahead and order two more bras in the size up though. Once you figure out the sizing, the bras are pretty ok for what they are. Soft and supportive bralettes for a larger chest, which is exactly what I was after.

My 3rd time order Amazing underwear and Bras! The quality and sizing are great. No rolling down!!!!
