I bought a wireless tshirt bra because the description indicates that the bra has sewn in pads. That is NOT correct. There are pads sewn in pockets, but they are not sewn in place. After a wash, you still have to fiddle, fuss, flip and stretch to get the pad straightened out. You cannot easily adjust the pad since it's in a sewn pocket. Very poor design and I'm so sad I still have more store credit. Boody responded that there are openings for the pad to be adjusted. That is also NOT correct. I'd happily send a photo, but they should know their product. There are no openings to adjust the pad, which leads to frustration. It's the worst design.

I ordered this underwear after seeing it in person and being told they were great and did not roll down. We went over sizing and I was a medium but I sized up to a large to make sure they didn't roll. The style was a full brief but they fit like a low rise and they roll down.

I was very disappointed in my 1st purchase with Boody. I ordered a bra and panties on Dec 27, after almost a month th they reached out to me to let me know what I ordered was out of stock. Super bummed bc I really wanted to try out this clean brand of clothing. Will not try to order again. The communication was not good at all.

Customer service is non existent.

sizes 2x smaller than previous orders. Would not return items did not buy them because they Were on sale... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Placed my second order with Boody USA on September 7th because I was happy with my first and we were leaving in a month for an overseas trip. The order arrived October 16th, five days after I left. While I understood they cannot control a shipping problem and the order being returned to their Georgia facility on September 21st, but they were not responsive to any emails about timing or cancellation. The only response was we are sympathetic but we are handling it and reshipping. There is no contact or company informations on their website other than email; they use Surepost which means the package transfers from UPS to USPS; and they did not even respond to PayPal. Boody USA Customer Care reshipped the package October 7th after repeated requests to cancel the order. I will NEVER purchase from the again and they do not care. Not sure if the USA division is a franchise or these people work on commission but they would not cancel the order but would change the shipping address. NOTED that they responded but still do not address the fact that there is no cancellation available and there is no way to reach this company other than via email.

I purchased two Wireless Full Bust T-Shirt Bras and my first issue was after I washed them. I followed the washing instructions and the pads tangled terribly. (I had previously purchased the same bra back in June and never had a y washing issues.) I contacted Customer Service and they said 1) they would relay the issue to Production and 2) if I was unsatisfied with the bras, I could return them, as long as they comply with Boody's Return Policy: You can return any item (except Final Sale items, Underwear) within 30 days of delivery, so long as the item is unworn and presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging. Now how could I return them in their "original condition" if I just told the representative that I washed them? Since a return was not possible, I sat with the bras and each one took about 30 minutes each to untangle. Not happy. One I started wearing them, another issue came up: the back of the bra squeaked whenever I moved. It was so annoying. I contacted Customer Service again and the rep said that was just the connectors in the back, connecting the strap to the back of the bra. She also said that it should go away after a few washes. More than a few washes later, the squeaking was still there. I reached back out to Customer Service and no one responded. I was beyond frustrated at this point. I decided to pull out the original t-shirt bra I ordered back in June to compare it to the most recent ones I purchased. The straps are wider and the connectors are completely different. There was obviously different stitching to secure the pads, which is probably why my recent bra purchases washed so terribly. I reached back out to Customer Service two more times and again, no response. So there are three clear differences in the bra I purchased in June vs. the bras I bought in August. Had I known I'd be getting different, poorer quality bras, I would have never ordered them a second time. So disappointed in this company.

horrible customer service when you try to get the correct size bra. The sizing charts are not accurate and are different than what's on the box when the bra arrives. This is not even talking about how to initiate an exchange or return which is convoluted and frustrating. And the company charges you $7.95 to send a bra back. think twice about ordering anything from this company. buyer beware. lots of email communication that does not work. cannot even talk to a real person on the chat
