After receiving my order, my bra strap snapped instantly. I was so disappointed since I was looking forward to my new item. I contacted the customer service team and they took care of me same day. They instantly sent me a new one and let me keep the damaged one so I could repair it. The team was friendly professional and took responsibility for their product. It's been a long time since I had customer service like this and I appreciate it so much. They just made a customer for life.

I love Boody clothing and undergarments! I love the feel, durability, and quality of each of my purchases (for a few years now): bras, underwear, shorts, sweatpants, sweatshirt, and zip up sweatshirt. Thank you!

Ordered one bra and a pair of panties. Loved the bra. Panties a little too deep for me. Ordered Two more bras and the briefs. Perfect except ordered wrong bras. Excellent customer service! Reordered correct bras and returned tshirt bras which I love but would never fit me. I am singing your praises and will continue doing business with your company~thanks to my niece who put me on to you!😊

After purchasing a pair of Boody underwear on a trip and discovering how comfortable they were, I ordered a variety of their products online. One of the items did not fit well and I meant to return it, but I couldn't find the packing slip. I meant to contact them about it, but forgot until my return window had closed. I reached out and they were super nice about it, allowing me to return the one item, even though it was entirely my fault. In doing so, they earned a customer for life, as I greatly appreciate great customer service.
