The outfits are well made true to sizing and lovely

The dress is quite a bit long . I’m 5’3”& the dress is mid calf. Not a great look for a short girl. I’ll have to pay to have it hemmed.

I love the colors and fits is just right. Will order other things.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO ITEMS. ONE WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF THE MATERIAL. THE ITEM I RECEIVED DOESN'T FIT AND I DON'T LIKE THE MATERIAL. I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET A REFUND. BEFORE GIVING ME AN ADDRESS WHICH I BELIEVE IS NON EXISTING. THEY OFFERED ME $2O TO KEEP IT. I REFUSED SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE I CAN NOT USE IT. SO FOR ME TO GET A FULL REFUND I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK. I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR THE CORRECT FORMAT IN ADDRESSING THE RETURN LABEL BECAUSE THE WAY THEY SENT IT TO ME IS NOT CORRECT. THERE'S NO NAME OF THE COMPANY EITHER EXCEPT NO. 7 WHATEVER THAT MEANS. I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE AGAIN AND WASN'T ABLE TO RETURN BECAUSE OF MISSED INFORMATION. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY REAL QUICK BUT THEY GIVE YOU A HARD TIME TO GET A REFUND. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM AS A FRAUDULENT ENTITY.

Got my dress, it’s beautiful. So glad that I ordered it.

I was pleased once I received my order just wish there was more communication as to shipping and estimated time of delivery.

DO NOT BUY from this company. For weeks I have been messaging customer service, Facebook, Instagram, commented on posts trying to return two items and have received zero response. You will be out $$$ if you don’t want to keep what you order. They do not stand by their website policies.

I ordered two sweaters from Bonyli. One of them did not looks like the sweater that I ordered. I have reached out to the email provided for customer service multiple times over months and no one responds. Now I am out $40 for a sweater I didn't want. Terrible customer service.
