Their communication wasn’t the best but the portrait was the exact color shown on the preview.

Nice print. 👍🏻 Wife was pleased. Plan on ordering two more of our other pets.

Very happy with the portrait I ordered for a birthday present for my significant other. Timeframe took about a month not the 6 to 8 days as promised other than that I’m quite happy with this purchase. It looks great and it’ll make a wonderful present. Truly captured the look of my wonderful little Jack Russell would use this company again in the future if I needed another pet portrait.

Overall this is an excellent product and the experience was top notch from start to finish. Sandra assisted me with many revisions and was so incredibly patient until I felt like it was complete. Shipping and production were fast and it arrived in excellent condition. I am a bit disappointed in the finished product as it does not show the color the same way as it was presented in the proof images. The colors are more subdued and flat. The other pink looks more burgundy, the gold looks mustard and is not shiny or textured like it is shown in the ads. The proof images had vibrant colors and the actual product, not as much. The frame was a beautiful finishing touch for sure and worth the extra $$.

Communication was awesome and portrait turned out great. Shipping was not good. For the care put into the making of this, for it to be shipped in a paper bubble mailer was disappointing. Our package arrived with multiple holes and tears in the packaging. We are lucky there was no damage to the canvas. It really needs to be cardboard wrapped for Shipping

It’s very pretty, but it still looks more like a picture than a painting. Just adding a few paint strokes here and there doesn’t give it the look I was hopping for, the look of a painting. But, again is a pretty memory of my baby.
