If I could give them a zero I would
If I could give them a zero I would. Bondel claims they allow as many changes as needed, but my experience getting even one simple update right was the opposite. I asked only that my pet not be cut off in the print. They sent an updated proof with the pet fully visible and extra space on the edges; I approved it. What I received was a cropped version with the pet cut off. They insisted they used the approved file and that the cropping was because it was a gallery wrap. Nowhere on their site is there any warning that a gallery wrap can cut off parts of the approved image. At first they agreed the foot was cut off and said they would reprint it; less than an hour later they reversed course and claimed it was correct. I expected to receive exactly what I had approved, not a truncated version with an after-the-fact excuse. There is no phone support—only email or chat, both of which proved useless. Only after I posted my initial review did they offer to correct the mistake and ask me to take the review down. I did, and I still have not received the piece ordered over 55 days ago. I disputed the charge and have received no resolution.I would not recommend dealing with Bondel. Strongly consider other options. I had three oil paintings done and they were fantastic—actual works of art, not cheap-looking AI-generated prints. ----------------Response ------------To reiterate the offer to correct the issue only came about after the negative review. The dispute remains in place - I was advised by Amex to leave it open as you have yet to provide the artwork as agreed. Regardless of your policy, I think you know you will get paid if you can demonstrate the artwork was shipped and delivered. I on the other hand am at a complete disadvantage as I cannot resubmit a claim for a previous dispute should you fail to deliver.

Hi Lori, We understand your frustration and would like to clarify that we offered to correct the issue with your print and send a replacement before the American Express dispute was opened. The corrected preview was sent and approved by yourself. Once the payment dispute was initiated, we were unable to proceed with the replacement while the original transaction remained under dispute. We understand this is not the outcome you wanted, but we did offer a solution to address your concerns. We remain committed to handling this matter professionally through the appropriate process. — Bondel Studio Support
