Hello Lisa, We are very sorry that you experienced some difficulties during your time with us. We have spoken with our on-site Team & have addressed the Tech issue. Staff is stationed on the 3rd floor and we do frequently walk around the 4th & 7th floors as well. We always try to check in with groups using our Conference Rooms, but we will not be intrusive nor interrupt conversations. We hope that you give us another chance and book our space again in the future.
