I’m genuinely very happy having my office at Bond. The location is one of the best parts — close enough to downtown to make meetings, conferences, lunches with friends or clients super convenient, but without the chaos of actually being downtown. A lot of the time I can just leave my truck parked, grab a Lime, and be wherever I need to be in a few minutes. The staff is always attentive, and Scott in particular is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone who works here is respectful and makes the space feel welcoming. My only complaint is that somehow the Reese’s always disappear first from the chocolate bowls… hahaha. For the price and everything you get in return, I honestly think the value is phenomenal. Very happy to be here.

Great atmosphere and amazing people at the front desk! I usually use the common areas, and they are very comfortable, clean, organized, and spacious enough for both group work and individual calls. I first started at their Carroll Gardens location, and after it closed, I used the Dumbo location. Now I’m at the Financial District location at 55 Broadway, and honestly, all of them have been great. I highly recommend Bond Collective!

Bond is such a productive place to work. Its a company rooted in hospitality, so they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and engaged in culture. The staff are stand out some of the best people I've worked with. One honorable mention is Miriam. She's the star of Bond. Incredibly kind, generous with her time, speedy in her responses, and open to engage in friendly discussion. Give it a try if you're looking for a place to work that has community perks!
