my dress arrived really quickly and it fits PERFECTLY!

I love bombshell sports wear . I think their quality is amazing but their customer service does not match their quality as a brand . I’ve purchased from them for years and a package of mine was lost in transit . No refund , no resending out of the item . They stated i have to wait until the package arrives . No accommodations or discounts for a unsatisfied customer. I cant spend 100 dollars on a pair of leggings and have this kind of customer service . What a shame

I have spent thousands here over the last couple years. Recently I had a new sports bra be so uncomfortable as the stitching unraveled after first use. It left indents in my skin and a rash from the poor quality seam. I contacted customer service and they refused to do anything about it. Customer service is SO BAD

Clothing is beautiful but cheap. Falls apart easily and will not last even if you wash it on gentle cycle.

Great design and fit.

This company used to be a great company. My account dates back many years but the owner Dominique is really catty. . She won’t like real reviews about the fit of some items. Heck you can’t ask about anything anymore. The company tends to cater to small figures and Instagram people. Currently I’m reading complaints on their Facebook and they don’t address it. Go with brands that care and continue to succeed like Gymshark. The owner too rich now to act like a customer service oriented capable person. Oh and Dom I’d you’re reading this, perhaps taking care of your long haulers that have kept you alive. You know who we are.
