Bombshell SportswearReviews of bombshellsportswear.com

Color and fit don’t match fotos. On the shorts there is a very weird seam, so they look flattening, not flattering. Worst shorts ever. Pockets are great though. Models on the photo are photoshopped. Very disappointed

Fabric and styles have changed over the last 3 years for the worst. I believe the new price tags are not worth the purchase.

BOMBSHELL doesn't post negative reviews.. or anything negative for that matter. I have submitted 3 star reviews and semi-negative comments but they aren't posted on the site.. Only the 4 or 5 start reviews that say overly positive stuff. I have over 50 Bombshell items (probably more actually). Yes, they look great but the quality on some of their stuff SUCKS and if you're past the 30 day mark, they say too bad. They do not stand behind their product over time like competing companies like LULU. I have had multiple issues with stitching coming loose on seams, tiny holes along top seams, especially some of their seamless fabrics. And speaking of seamless - these fabrics frequently get pilly and look like CRAP. I have even had one V back pair where the metal V hardware holding them together in the back broke completely on a new pair making them garbage but they weren't willing to do anything. I will still buy their stuff since I love the look and lulu can be a bit boring but just wanted to WARN others that you aren't reading ALL the reviews (a very select few) and the quality isn't the best at times.. contrary to what their millions of filtered 5 start reviews say. Plus, apparently, they photoshop all their photos even though all their models are already an 11 out of 10..

I buy lots of gym clothing from various shops and although yours are super cute, they aren't any better than the other shops but way more expensive. You all need to get off your high horse and reduce pricing a bit. I recently purchased a complete set, pants, sports bra and jacket and am not impressed with the quality. Pants were $100 with shipping. I got a lot of compliments but I did tell every person, not worth the price. So I am very unhappy with this purchase.

I own so much of your guys clothes and I bought the new pair of pink sweatpants and they were such a disappointment compared to everything else. I have worn them once and wash them twice, and they are already starting to have piling. I wash them inside out, a gentle cycle with two other items and I can’t believe how cheap they are this time.

This is not a customer-focused company. I ordered 6 items, and when the damaged package arrived only 2 items were inside. Bombshell’s customer service “filed a report with USPS” with results in 2-3 business days, but didn’t offer to send me replacements in the meantime. I like the items I’ve received so far, but this is a red flag for me. Refusing to fix the problem right away signals they only cared about the initial sale. I’ll probably wait for the rest of my order and not order again.

Nice leggings but not true to size. I Ordered my usual size but leggings were very tight and small, not comfortable Had to purchase another one size bigger than my normal size and they fit nicely. Also some colors or not even close to what they look like on site. Disappointed that if you want to return the items it is at your own expense. Tina X

Well this is really hard for me to do as I don’t like to give negative feedback as this happens too much with not enough recognition. Nevertheless I’ve always praised Bombshell Sportswear on their customer service to everyone I come in contact with as we travel the United States for work and workout all over. I’m super disappointed as I received two different notifications through my app of the Valentine’s and Presidents Day sales. In which I caught the VD in time and was sent the code by BS this being said, I contacted them again about the same issue for the presidents Day sale with the result of them telling me I have enough reward credits to utilize and to go ahead use them. That the sale is over and they can’t honor the discount. Mind you I live in a area which has limited cell service and I was on my way home when this came in at 9pm which said don’t miss out on the President's Day Sale for 15% off. So when I got home to make a purchase I opened that for it to have disappeared again. They then informed me that they only send these codes out to people that haven’t purchased from them in awhile. Which as no bearing as I received both offers and wasn’t given the offer code to utilize that had disappeared. I have been a very loyal and repeat customer for the past year and spend a ton of money with them. For them it would be easy to make a one time promo code for me but just say sorry the code expired already is bad customer service. All this dose is causes them to loose out on revenue as I would be spending more then the offered discount anyways. Hence that’s why discounts are given so you spend more or a purchase is made from those who don’t make frequent purchases.
