Was really excited to order the leggings because they look super cute. However when I got them I was SO disappointed. They are super cheap material, made in China, and are supposed to be hand washed. I voiced my concern on their Instagram page because they don’t accept returns and they deleted it. You can’t just delete all negative feedback. It’s one thing when it’s just angry viewers, but I paid $70 for your product and it’s absolute garbage. Word to the wise, don’t waste your money. I could have bought Lululemon for that much and they offer lifetime warranty with actual customer service.

This company has horrible customer service!! They refuse to say in any of their social media accounts where the product is made and will delete comments statements saying that their stuff is manufactured in China. There have been multiple post on different social media accounts stating that their clothes was running small to size and the comments are deleted. You can only get exchanges, not refunds so I find that borders on fraud in my opinion.

I wasn’t going to bother making a bad review but after seeing the way the owners of this company are trying to argue that it’s “haters” that are giving criticism, I felt compelled to add my story to the list. Being a huge fan of Bonnie and Ellie, I decided to purchase the “high quality” dress they designed. It arrived and I was shocked to see just how poor the quality was. The shape is weird, and the dress fits like a mumu. It is way too short for an average person, and right on the shoulders but with too much material in the middle. The stitching is not only fraying, but is also puckered. I contacted the company to see about returning it and after DAYS of waiting and putting pressure on them on social media (which kept getting ignored or deleted) I was finally offered an exchange. I however would have to pay for the shipping to return, and then again to receive my new product. This was unacceptable to me and I decided to just keep the damn dress as a swimsuit cover up or something. I am incredibly disappointed in the business practices of those running this company. I have ordered from Wish before and Bollie is the same quality (and small sizing) that I received from them. They too manufacture and ship from China! The bottom line is that I’m out over $100 and have nothing to show for it but regret. I feel stupid for trusting a company that is all talk and no action. I pray Ellie and Bonnie continue to do well with their You Tube channels, because I hope their days as clothing designers are numbered. No one else deserves to get scammed. Not all critics are “haters.”

Their customer service is horrible. I asked for measurements of their clothing items so I would be sure to order the correct size and I was ignored. Actually, my comment was deleted. I then went directly to their website and asked them through customer service and they did get back to me but they didn't ever give me measurements, just told me everything was true to size. Well after seeing dozens of people say that simply wasn't true, that their clothing runs a size smaller than advertised, I decided to skip ordering. Because don't forget, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN ITEMS. YOU ARE JUST OUT THE MONEY. If you want to exchange for a different size, you have to PAY OUT OF POCKET EVEN MORE MONEY TO SHIP IT BACK. Part of being a successful company is answering customer questions. If you put your business on social media, you are obligated to answer questions. Instead all questions and comments are deleted and they actually block viewers. People know Bonnie and Ellie went to China recently and filmed themselves in fabric shops. I personally don't even care where the clothing comes from, but it's the fact they are being very secretive and shady about it. If they have to go through and delete comments and quesitons daily, they are hiding something. I would NOT buy from Bolliebrand. They have a lot to learn about running a business.

I ordered a dress from this brand. I am an XL, and they claimed their sizes fit true. Unfortunately, the dress was too small for me. I contacted customer service, but they don't do any returns, so I could only exchange for another item. I don't understand why they wouldn't list the actual measurements of the items. That would have helped me tremendously. What really made me angry was when I posted on instagram that my dress was too small, so I was warning someone (asking about sizing) that they run small. They DELETED my comment. It wasn't hateful or negative, just trying to help someone. I will not buy from these youtubers ever again. I don't think this venture will last long.

After waiting over a week to hear back on sizing I finally got a response. The robe is said to fit true to size but Bonnie commented on Instagram that she is normally a large but the medium robe fits great. So before I ordered I figured I better get the actual measurements. I was finally sent the length of a medium robe, had to wait a few more days for them to contact the warehouse for the length of the large robe, turns out the large robe is SHORTER then the medium! That’s pretty poor quality. I won’t be ordering. They should just post a size chart on the website. A lot of time was wasted emailing and waiting for responses.

The sizing is horribly wrong. They kept saying true to size however I ordered the exact size I always wear in the wrap dress and it doesn’t even come together in the front to even come close to being able to wear. For a new company a lot more time needs to be spent on explaining sizing and measurements if they want to keep customers. I will not be purchasing any more items from them.

I love my Bollie robe and acrylic makeup case! The robe is the same quality you would expect from Nordstrom's. Not expensive at all when you consider it will last 10 years or more. The case is made of acrylic, not to be confused with cheep plastic. I thought it was a bargain. I doubt the people giving these negative reviews have even purchased the products they claim to be reviewing. If they had purchased this robe there is no way they could leave a bad comment.
