Please note that I am not a “hater” as they have claimed all less than favorable reviews have come from. I’m just a fan of their youtubes and giving an honest review that hopefully will improve their business moving forward. I was gifted their white robe for christmas and I won’t lie, the material was not quite what I expected. It wasn’t soft, maybe even a little scratchy and cheap feeling, but the cut and function were perfect for me as the mother of a nursing newborn. The white stayed stained and dirty- because it’s white- so I did order the Navy robe when it launched. Shipping is rather slow and I do think the robe is overpriced by at least $25, but I do use and enjoy it. I’d love to see more affordable brands with softer material and better return/exchange policies come out with robes that function for the moms like this one does. I love Bonnie and Ellie and have watched them for years but if I’m being totally honest as a consumer, the quality and price don’t quite meet just yet and I likely won’t ever be purchasing from them again. Maybe as they grow, so will their product integrity and customer service.

I received the gym leggings as a gift. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! They are see through, a bit itchy and the dye from material transferred onto my skin. This seems to be the only place to post an honest review. I noticed a few phony positive reviews that must have been posted by the owners because of the same poor grammar in each. Could not return them, they are too cr@ppy to donate so they went straight into the garbage. There are starving people in this world, the company owners have created bad karma for themselves by selling this trash.

These gals should be reported to YouTube. They are using their channels to commit fraud. They are getting free advertising through their “vlogs” for their clothing line, which has turned out to be junk. What mail order clothing company doesn’t list measurements for all sizes they are selling? What mail order clothing company refuses to issue refunds for the ill-fitting, subpar clothing merchandise they are selling, & deletes truthful comments about their products? A reputable company would appreciate the constructive criticism and work to make their product better. I’ll tell you what kind of company does that. A fly-by-night, scam company; that is who does that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the dress from this company. It is very tight in the armpit area, thus uncomfortable to wear. The ties don't stay tied so I am constantly having to retie to make sure I don't flash anyone. Dissapointed because I was excited by the launch. The price was also a Con.

My little sister loves watching videos from the family behind this company and has been planting hints that she wants some of their products for months now. For her recent 18th birthday, I sprung for the pink robe, which would be especially useful for when she starts college in the fall. The website didn't offer any measurements but claims to fit "every body", so I ordered the medium and figured, how bad could it be? Answer: VERY BAD. Unfortunately, this robe falls WAY above her knees! My sis is around 5'5. The women modeling the garments on the website must be extremely short, making the pictures extremely deceiving. There were stray threads, the material felt cheap-o. My sister wanted to love it by I could tell she was masking disappointment. This terrible company does not offer returns and after 4 attempts to reach customer service they finally wrote back to tell me I can pay a lot of money to make an exchange. I'm not made of money and didn't want to give these greedy scammers another cent. So yesterday my sis and I drove to Salvation Army to get rid of this Bollie robe, and then we drove to Target. For only $9 more than it would have cost to exchange that ill-fitting polyester Bollie junk, I bought my sis a brand new robe that is actually super stylish, silky soft and, you know, not petite sized. Bottom line: STEER CLEAR of this scam company! They have no respect for their customers, just want to take their money.

So, I’ve been thinking of purchasing there dress for some time but kept holding of because of the price and when they had a Memorial Day sale I decided to go and purchase the dress despite all that bad (and good) reviews I read online. When it shipped, came a day late but whatever, that’s the least of my concerns, they kept verifying that their dress is not see thrue but it is! I would not go anywhere in public without an underskirt and #2- it does run small to size. My armpits hurt from how tight it was there. But I’m afraid that if I go a size up that it would be too big in the chest area. So, don’t want to Waste my money on shipping it back to exchange the size if I’m not 100% sure it would fit me better. So yes, I’m kinda disappointed 😔 if those two things would be fixed than I would love the dress

Terrible customer service. Will be calling my credit card company to hopefully get a return of money. Bollie has lost my order after I had returned it for the dress not being sewn properly. Very disappointed in this company.

I purchased the Acrylic case, robe and sundress. My absolute two favorites are the robe and the acrylic case. I needed the dress one size up so I am unable to properly give my opinion on it. The robe is seriously the best! I am 5’5” it is so comfortable. Not to short not to long, and the sleeves!!!!! Oh, those sleeves! When you have kids and hectic mornings it’s so nice to not have your robe sleeves get in the way of pouring a cup of much needed coffee or making your kids lunch! Love it! I can’t wait to see what other color the bring out. I just might need two, you know, Incase the other is in the wash! Now the acrylic case! I have four children, in which every single one of them think that my tarte pallets and smashbox face primer should be of their use as well, their very messy use.. might I add 😔 Unfortanelty little finders destroy EVERYTHING! I purchased the case and put all of my make up in it orgaized and was able to put it on a shelf in my closet so their cute little finders don’t get into my make up which isn’t something I can purchase very often! It has literally been a life saver for me. And yes I could have found a little caboodle for way cheaper but what I LOVE is the accessibility, the look and how big it is! Pure perfection!
