Overall average experience!!The quality needs to be improved

I love the item I ordered, however, on a video I watched of Ellie's, she said on the day I placed my order that one free item of the same size would be sent in my box. I did not receive an additional item. I do still love the product I paid for and both Ellie and Bonnie!

The robe is great in so many ways, the outside of the robe is super soft but the inside of the robe is pretty scratchy. Like I won’t wear the rib without anything underneath it’s too uncomfortable. I also got the short sleeve lounge set and it’s just okay. I love the material but for someone who is an XL and on the short side the pants are way too long on me. They end up looking frumpy below the thighs. Also the drawstring on the pants it’s so dang thick that it just looks like a big bulge. Absolutely love the Bollie girls and I have been wanting to support them for a long time. But I think for the price I was expecting more. Much love and wish y’all the best!

Hey Bollie Brand! I recently received my loungewear order, and love it. It wasn’t what I expected - the material has more of an ‘athletic wear’ or thermal tyke feeling to it, but it’s still super comfortable and I’ve already worn it twice 🙂 The sets fit true to size and even accommodate my height - I ordered a medium and am 5’11, with no problems on sleeve or pant length. The reason for my 3 star review is that the pants that shipped were in a bag labelled size Medium, but the pants themselves are an XL. I like the set, but not sure if I like it enough to pay customs all over again to have the right set of pants here (I’m in Canada!)

I ordered a 3xxl perfect robe for my mother. For Mother’s Day! She didn’t like it. I went to send it back and spent over $17. I put a note in the package, saying that I would like to exchange it with a robe I can wear. Xl navy perfect robe. Hopefully they send me what I want.

Really well made, just had it pull tight under my arms.

I ordered a Medium in the bodysuit and it was too tight around my shoulders.

I tried the dress on, which was beautiful and it had a hole in the side. really disappointing. hoping a needle and thread will fix it. 😭
