Hello Bad experience with their technical support & software quality. 1) I bought a software license for DuplicateVideoSearch.com which worked well only during 2 weeks after my purchase. The software crashes everyday whatever the settings. 2) The after sales support which does not seem to be professional: - No incident ticket - Slow response: Emails received with no acknowledgement, 4 emails sent since March 25 with no response at all. - No SLA - Troubleshooting process seems not clear: OS environment, no debug logs were not requested I do not recommend Best regards,

Altercam doe not work. Couldnt get it to work correctly due to driver issues. Asked for a refund and they are ignoring me.
