I bought Image Comparer 3.8 and upgraded it to the 4.2 version so I have used this software for years. This is a great tool to manage the huge pictures catalog I have. Finding and managing duplicates or looking like duplicates is simple and efficient. The 4.2 adds compatibility for HEIC format I was looking for. Response to queries from the Bolide Software team has been quick and right on the spot. All positive, simple and efficient

Hello Bad experience with their technical support & software quality. 1) I bought a software license for DuplicateVideoSearch.com which worked well only during 2 weeks after my purchase. The software crashes everyday whatever the settings. 2) The after sales support which does not seem to be professional: - No incident ticket - Slow response: Emails received with no acknowledgement, 4 emails sent since March 25 with no response at all. - No SLA - Troubleshooting process seems not clear: OS environment, no debug logs were not requested I do not recommend Best regards,

Good customer service, I had a problem with payment and the CEO himself contacted me after a day to followup on it. Got my key for Altercam right after. Great piece of software, very useful :))

Altercam doe not work. Couldnt get it to work correctly due to driver issues. Asked for a refund and they are ignoring me.

For flere uger siden købte jeg licens til firmaets Image Comparer software, da jeg skulle igennem et kæmpestort billedarkiv med mange dubletter. Manualen omtalte muligheden for at markere de mange dubletter, men det nødvendige hjælpevindue med mulighed for sletning, dukkede ikke op som det skulle ifølge manualen. Efter flere gange at have kontaktet firmaets support funktion med ønske om hjælp, har jeg nu givet op - de vender kun tilbage med ligegyldig markedsføring af deres øvrige produkter.

I am SO happy that I purchased AllMyBooks by Bolide Software! I have over 900 books, with a further 1500 on my "to buy" list, and keeping up with them can be a bit overwhelming. Not any longer. I can tell at a glance what I have, if I have read it, and what I want. AND I can keep track of who has borrowed books and not returned them. On the two or three occasions that I had to contact support (because I don't speak computer well, NOT an issue with the software), they were responsive, kind, and the instructions for solving my issues were clear and concise, even for a computer dummy like me!

Мне 65 лет, я пенсионер. У меня много книг, а на этом сайте я скачал All My Books (это программа для создания каталога книг), она оказалась платной. Страшно было покупать что-то с неизвестного мне сайта, но всё прошло гладко - я получил код активации на почту через пять минут после оплаты. Думаю, и с покупкой других программ на этом сайте проблем не возникнет, рекомендую. Программа, кстати, отличная для моих целей
