An amazing product for every tour operator
Wow, very shocked to see all the bad reviews here. I guess only unhappy people seek to write reviews. Bokun hasn't asked me to write one. I actually looked on my own through Google because since 2019, Bokun has made our business 10000x more efficient and more profitable. It integrates with all the platforms we need it to. Has the core features we need. Works well. Easy to use. Easy to load their booking widet on our platform. Honestly it's just amazing. The support became pretty bad recently, I suspect they started outsourcing since TripAdvisor bought them. But that's really the only complaint, and even that isn't that bad. Excited to see new features that they release. Thank you!

Great reservation and booking system for Tours&Activities agents, supplier...
Since around 4 months I am using Bokun actively. Thanks to the colleagues of Bokun who have contacted me and offered a half hour training 4 months ago. Since that time I have increased the number of my products to 80 and I have also now 6 active contracts with resellers and OTAs, which were listed in the Bokun Marketplace. I always get quick answers to my requests from their support team. The pricing conditions of Bokun is incomparable. %2.9!!! And recently the experiences widget HTML codes for our website and any other place(Share link via Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp etc) is really great!! Great Thanks to all the colleagues at Bokun in Iceland and Boston who have contacted me and also to other team members... Ahmet V. Holiday Experiences Marmaris - Turkey

B2B .
Although full of options can be used by an inexperienced user, the strongest benefit from Bokn I think is B2B.
