He has been impeccable, extremely patient, efficient, proactive, and always willing to help. As someone who sometimes struggles with new technologies, having someone like Tanmay guiding me through the process has made a huge difference. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism, and I’m counting on him to help me complete the setup of the platform and continue following the journey closely as I work towards the financial success I expect from Bokun. I had my second call With Bushra from the clientele service , once again it was really useful. It’s the second time she spent more than an hour and a half monitoring me, trying to add value to my growing company by upgrading my website and giving me valuable advises . I am really thankful to have here as my Bokun advisor. Nevertheless it is not simple , not really intuitive to make changes on my Bokun website by myself. Sometimes I change one page, and another page has some no related change that appears , and then I don’t know how to make it go back to how it was without deleting the update I made in the first page. Or sometimes I update my whole website in the EN version, but none of the changes are reciprocated in the FR version so I have to do it all over again . Or sometimes a little detail changes and it has big consequences on the booking process for the customers…. I think some improvement could be made on the website settings and ergonomics aspect from Bokun to allow us entrepreneurs to have more freedom updating it ourself . By then I will have to ask bushra for help 😉 Bests regards

Amber Kulkarni is one of the most professional in support team of Bokun, every company would be very lucky to have this kind of professionals - that make clients stay with particular services and they make a difference for us costumers to stay ( in this case with Bokun) My personal bi thanks to Amber Kulkarni - he make our life easier - big congratulation to Bokun to have this kind of professionals!

I booked a call with client support to enhance my usage of Bokun, and was assisted by Bushra who went over and beyond my expectations providing an excellent service and managing to solve previous unsolved issues.
