Great Costumer Service
Response from Bókun, a Tripadvisor companyApr 14, 2023
Hello Achraf, thank you for taking the time to write a review! We're sorry for the experience you've had with the Viator system, but happy to help you. Unfortunately, it is technically not possible to apply the free Viator checks to already drafted products. This is a limitation of the Viator system and there is no workaround at this time, but to create new products. You still have your 4 free product checks and can use them in redrafting the same product or copying and pasting the already entered information over to a new product. We've already reached out to you to assist with your account and products and find a solution. Best wishes, Valerie - Bókun Support Team
