I just started using Bokun. Tried many other services before and since I have "outside the box needs" none of them could solve my problems. Bokun takes time to set up and optimize, but that's the thing, you can create such a unique booking system. And "resources" feature is just brilliant, allows you to connect your multiple tours to the same availability. Customer support also responsive and helpful. I hope I wont have any troubles in the future, but so far - totally recommend.

Incredible was stuck on one particular feature that I just could not understand. They literally called me on the telephone, did the first one to show me, then waited while I did the next to be sure I fully understood. I deal with online website builders and OTAs daily - never experienced customer service like this.

I am the owner of Imagine Experiences, an innovative company offering unique travel experiences. Since our launch, we've relied on BOKUN as our channel manager for all distribution channels. Connecting via API is crucial for our business, but despite my best efforts, I am not as tech-savvy as I would like to be. When I needed assistance, I requested a meeting with BOKUN to explore training, new features, and strategies to enhance our sales and reach. Sukanya was assigned to assist me, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her patience and expertise were invaluable as she walked me through various options and opportunities. Thanks to Sukanya's guidance, we were able to resolve all our issues and are now implementing a new pricing tier strategy. I'm incredibly grateful for her help and the exceptional support she provided. Thank you, Sukanya, for your patience and innovative ideas. We are excited about the future with our new strategy !

Tommy is just GREAT!! Tommy has been helping me many many many times to set up my sailing tours (which were not easy at all to set up in BOKUN at the beginning). He is very professional, patient, and he has always treated me in a very nice way. He has a very broad and deep knowledge of many Bokun tools and he is very creative in solving problems. I know he is busy solving other problems as well but he has always been available when I had issues and he was there to help me out (sometimes many hours in a row). I wish there were many more Tommys in this company (and in the word). Thank you!
