Surprisingly light, very tasty

I really liked the texture, and mostly liked the flavor...way less processed than most jerky. There was too much pepper (I'm guessing) in the spice mix for my tastes however. I probably won't order again, but that isn't a knock on the quality of the product...it just isn't a good fit for my preferences.
