This review is for Boikey.com an online clothing store based in UK. I ordered 3 items and requested return of 2 (bad fit). I received an email stating that they would not authorize the return. They said I could keep the items and they'd credit me $12 for the $79 that I spent on the two. After looking at their return policy more closely, basically they will not accept returns. Do not order clothing.

This is not my first time enjoying biltong style Jerky. I tried both flavors from this brand. Chili and Original and I must say I could not tell the difference at all between the two. Some meat was very fatty and tough and much of a turnoff. The seasoning used was super salty and the other seasonings could not be tasted. I would not at all buy this product again in the future. The price is expensive for the quality. There are plenty of other brands of biltong that are much much bterr to enjoy.

Thank you for purchasing and then taking the time to review our products. The only difference between Chili and Original is the red pepper chili flakes in the Chili flavor. For the Chili version we went for an enjoyable heat vs overwhelming. Unfortunately for us red pepper chili flakes can vary on heat intensity, like peppers from a garden, so some batches of our Chili are hotter or milder than others. As for the fattiness of our product, we chose to start using a new higher end cut of beef that has a little more fat and is more like traditional Biltong, which costs more. We understand not everyone will like our decisions on spice blends and cut but we are going with decisions that the majority does like. One thing that I will say is that during the summer, the new cut of meat we are using does have some fat and needs to be brought back to room temperature after being shipped. Thanks for ordering. I get the price seems high but what are you willing to pay for a portable perfectly seasoned 5 oz USDA steak because that what each 2 oz package is.
