The only way to resolve the issue with my subscription was to basically cancel it and start over. Unfortunate because I'd been subscribed for several years and locked in on a price that hadn't gone up. I still love the scrubbers, but it was not easy to "fix" my subscription.

I bought similar body scrubbers from Boie about 2 years ago and they were way better than the ones I recently received. The news feel like Brillo pads on my skin, as if they changed to coarser materials since my initial purchase. I will NOT be buying from Boie again.
