I placed my order in early August, just received it yesterday. Items don't fit and I want to return for a refund. They only do credits. I wish I read the policy before ordering or I never would have purchased from them. I am waiting for them to approve my returns. What kind of business does that? Wouldn't recommend. I'm sure I'll be receiving my credit by the end of the year.

Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. I highly recommend that you do not shop here. You will be disappointed. Not only that, when you order, it takes forever for your item/s to arrive. And if you do not like them or they do not fit, a return takes forever and you’re stuck with store credit just to go through the same terrible experience all over again.

Do not trust BoHo Beach Hut. It is in China not the USA like they imply. Been waiting for two weeks and tracking number says it hasn't even shipped yet. Wished I has seen the reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering. Based on the reviews I don't expect the quality of the dress to be good at all. I think they use pics from other websites for their clothes. They don't allow returns only exchanges but I'm not going to bother because I will just be exchanging one poor quality item for another. I had to order a dress from a known site. Buyer Beware!!!!

I am 125lbs, 5'4" and ordered a size 3XL according to their website size chart. I could barely fit my arms in the sleeves. The duster felt like I was trying on a child's large size. The return policy is exchange or store credit only. Also, the material is a thin, low-quality, light, average-looking print. It took about 3 weeks for the duster to arrive. I do not recommend this store. They set you up for failure and disappointment by posting beautiful photos of the merchandise, wrong sizing information and an unfair return policy.

I ordered a beautiful dress from Boho beach hut, and I am very happy i did. The customer service I received from Christina was amazing. She answered any questions or concerns I had. I initially made a mistake with inputting my address, and my order was delayed due to that, but Christina was right by my side to assist me in rectifying the issue. Thanks

I ordered from this company thinking it would come in a week tops, I was wrong. Unlike most companies, they took 3 weeks which was way past my event. Which I emailed and asked them about but took a week to respond. They will only exchange them for store credit which is way overpriced and low, low, low quality shipped from China. Or even from the US like they claim. Beware.

Very poor quality not like the picture show way smaller size. The large is the size of an extra small or small I’m sure it’s legit straight from China don’t do it don’t waste your money they’re charging prices like it’s good quality and it’s not. Then when you want to return all they will give you is equal exchange on the site which I’m pretty sure isn’t even legal but what a joke don’t do it to yourself go to a legitimate name or site.

Wrong Item, !!!!!!!!!!Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!! False advertising ,items are nothing like on the pictures If I could give this place negative star I would. They are terrible! I received my dress after a month or so after ordering. The dress was the wrong color and the material of a 90's children's halloween costume I emailed their support multiple times and no response from Boho Beach Hutafter that I researched this site on the internet and i found this help info of Boho Beach Hut number is NINE ONE NINE ᑎIᑎE TᕼᖇEE ᑎIᑎE²⁵⁴⁴ i reach ou the Boho Beach Hut customer service for sorting out the refund confusion I really appreciate it Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company. I wish I could give no stars.
