Marsha Juario a banker in Lahaina was so wonderful. My social security check is going into an account I want to close. She tried very hard to switch accounts over to BOH she tried !! but unfortunately SS has made it difficult to do. We tried to redo my phone number to no avail. But she was a nice person and I’m grateful for her help. Take care Marsha ! Susan Flaherty S

I've Never had a good experience here from opening savings account, to trying to open checking account with them online to trying to transfer to my out of state bank. Never got any of those things accomplished so now I no longer live on Hawaii and no branches outside the state, I am left with only option to transfer money to my bank is to use the few ATM's accepting of my card to pull out sometimes if I'm lucky up to $400.00 day PLUS fees minimum of $4.50 each Transaction then deposit it to new bank because BANK OF HAWAII won't set up or do transfers over the phone or allow me to open a checking account at their bank over the phone--as I've mentioned it won't work trying online. Noone Should Trust their Money with These People at This Bank.
