What an amazing difference Body Logic’s customized regime makes in my life! Their hormones and supplements keep my energy levels optimal from sunrise to sunset. Body Logic’s regime helps me sleep so I feel energized and alert upon waking. The individual care, the staff provided me, helped to ensure my unique needs are met. This is a great service and makes refilling scripts so much easier. The only drawback is that they don't combine order to save shipping costs unless you ask them to. I think this should be an automatic coordination. I would also like to see 90-day refills to save $$ on shipping.

Administrative support is not great, always voicemail when I call. No return calls. Pharmacy is terrible! Service horrendous. No automatic refill option, must speak with a person. They don’t seem well trained, can’t find my information, etc. I want to dial in my RX number and hang up. I switched to a local Colorado pharmacy as the Wells service so poor. I no longer will use wells.

My doctor is amazing, however Body Logics, for some reason, can't process my claims. I have to do it myself. And that's supposed to be part of the service I pay for.

I approved testing; a urine kit should be delivered. Often, I do not get the kit, and have to request a 2nd time... I authorized a week ago, still waiting (again), so not sure how long to wait before I contact someone to request a 2nd time. Also, I never receive the lab authorization .. I always need to call someone or email someone to get it sent a second time, after I have already authorized, so my labs are often late. Finally, I have trouble with EVERY script delivery from Wells Pharmacy, and would like to find a different way to get supplements and scripts. After convincing Wells Pharmacy to change their deliverycarrier because they kept leaving my order in the wrong place on my property (from Fed Ex to UPS), the last delivery (of hormone creme and pills) was on a very hot day, and the contents were extremely overheated (does not preserve the quality of the product sent).

Dr. Warner at Body Logic has been able to help me get more energy, stop night sweats, and get my thyroid problems lined out. I feel so much better. He is personable and easy to talk to. He explains what is going on and how he plans to treat it in ways that I can understand. I'm feeling human again.

Great first visit! I could not have felt more welcome. Dr. Nada and Ali are warm and personable. I left with a big smile on my face!

I have a great appreciation for the work that BodyLogicMD has done and at 76 years old, I feel years younger because of the hormonal balance that has been achieved. Some of the problems that were addressed had unexpected benefits which were not seen with traditional allopathic medical philosophy. Importantly, I say this as an MD who has come from an allopathic background.
