Cost to much money and rude Personell on the phone and not getting any better with my health

Communications between Dr office and Body Logic office is poor, inflexible, Months ago I donated blood as requested by the doctor, I advised the doctors office and ask them to order the blood analysis so i could go to have a blood draw. This is the sequence the doctor wants. If blood draw results are not available for the doctor client meeting the meeting is wasted. Body logic is not flexible on prescription scheduling. I have ask them to notify me prior to shipping because of travel. They just won’t comply. Even Amazon tells customers when goods will ship. Body Logic does not communicate, things just show up. Using Body Logic is expensive, but the service does not comply with the responsibility to communicate., Some products supplied from Body Logic I now purchase on the internet at a better price and receive good communications and efficient shipping, many products have no shipping charge. I respect the doctor but not the system Need for better communications and The doctors office does not tightly control this sequence. B12 injections are a problem as the pharmacy does not think prior to shipping. I have had B12 shipments sit for 3 days in shipping with temperature over 129 degrees. High temp degrades injectable B12.

I have been going to Dr Varona for 2 plus years now and must say that I have that I feel great Alittle rough going at first for me since my hormones and outlook on life was not very good I now feel much better and continue to do so I feel like I did in my forties!! Hormones and supplements have helped me greatly I’m glad I did my research 2 years ago and that I found Dr Varono who understood what was wrong and why not like my primary who said very thing was within normal limits even though I felt it was not When my testing was done with Dr Varono, it was not And that was my road I took with him to feel better than I have since then. Still going strong

Dr. Wehr is really Great! Trying to reach people at the Dr.s office and at Body Logic by phone when you have an Issue or a question is not an easy or pleasant experience. However, Karina does answer my emails very promptly.

I am confident that the hormones that I take are helpful. I have been less confident in the supplements that are prescribed and have discontinued some that didn’t seem to make a difference for me.
