I am very disappointed with auto reorders. This is the third time I am out of my prescription before the order arrives. This time I even moved the date forward 3 days. Then, today I receive notice the prescription expired. I would be much happier if the order was received 3-5 days prior to when I run out. It would also be helpful if I could check ship dates. Which is why I did not give a higher rating. I am extremely pleased with the physician I have with Body Logic, Dr Rubin. He understands my health issues,listens to my questions and concerns and helps me manage my health through medication, supplements and diet.

I’ve been a patient since 2007 and absolutely love my team. Their level of service remains very high and very personalized. I feel wonderful and balanced and informed of all the new wellness treatments available.

Dr. Landa is amazing. Their office operations/staff generally lack in response and communication skills. It requires numerous contacts to get an answer. They don't reply to say they are working on it, they just don't respond so it requires follow up, follow up, follow-up! Their preferred pharmacy obviously doesn't understand that the patients are why they actually even have a job. They have close to zero customer service skills. The service you would get at Walgreens is not present at their pharmacy. You need the doctor to authorize something?, do it yourself! Their supplements department is very good at getting shipments out and confirming orders before charging the credit card.

REORDER SCHEDULE IS NOT CONSISTENT

I have been a patient of Dr. Landa since 2009. Although the cost of wellness mostly needs to be paid by me, it is worth it. Never felt better and am very happy with my treatments.

Dr. Lee and his staff really care about your health and well being. You can always count on your office experience being top notch. I feel great!
