Dr Bryan Warner in St Louis is a wonderful doctor. He’s smart and he REALLY LISTENS! 5 STARS! But the Body Logic franchise is not so great. Very poor customer service. My prescriptions (and personal info) sent to completely wrong mail order pharmacy!!! My records wiped clean of the usual 2 pharmacies I use. Appointment changes NEVER communicated to local office. Auto-deliver of supplements run amok! I had a year’s worth inside of three months. They try to push patients toward their preferred mail order pharmacy... some outfit that wouldn’t even talk to me about base ingredients until I placed the order. I am HIGHLY allergic to one ingredient often found in hormone creams. Needless to say, I switched to NEELS... a local St Louis compounding pharmacy that gladly researched and found the right ingredients for me, BEFORE they had my cc #. AND... I received appointment reminders for a doctor in New Jersey. I live in St Louis. Not NJ!!! When I called and left a vm for the person who called, telling her that she called the wrong patient, she didn’t even bother to call back to apologize or thank me. Bottom line... the Body Logic corporation is a nightmare. INCOMPETENT, RUDE, INEFFICIENT. DR BRYAN WARNER in St Louis... EXCELLENT!
