Auto order can be a mess. Getting the order from Pharmacy Innovations is a mess and I changed to Belmar. Calling the 1800 is vey confusing. Getting blood and urine work every 3 months is too costly. The cost of the vitamins is extreme compared with other high quality vitamins. Even though i have blood work from my general doctor for the same I have to do it again with the cost out of my pocket. Due to this I am considering changing doctors.

Auto-Orders is a service we provide that acts as a liaison between the compounding pharmacy and patient, and if you ever have any questions or concerns related to the timeline of your prescription charges, shipping and delivery, or administration, the Auto-Orders customer service team should be able to help clarify and resolve any issues you may encounter. We will look into this to ensure that all communication is clear, precise and easily accessible. We do try our best to keep everything as affordable as possible with the rising costs of healthcare. If you have had testing completed recently, you can always send a copy of the blood work over for the physician to review, ultimately deciding if it can be used in place of the testing that was requested. However, in many cases, the testing completed is not the same as what the practitioner has asked. Lab testing can be very confusing, and many tests look or seem similar but are very different. For example, hormones that are tested through blood can have a very different interpretation as compared to hormones tested through urine due to metabolites. For this reason, specialty testing is required to provide you with top of the line health care. Again, thank you. We value your feedback. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Since I have been seeing Dr. Negrin, I have been extremely healthy and happy. I have not been sick for over 3 years with the supplements and pellets that are prescribed to me. There's almost no need to see my Family Physician!

Dr. Ohri is an exceptional doctor. However, the bodylogic company is difficult to work with. You have to pay several hundreds off dollars just to obtain a prescription, which is absurd.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please let me explain our side. BodyLogicMD is not insurance based, so it operates a little different from a conventional doctor’s office. While you may be able to utilize your insurance for some of the requested lab tests, in most cases, out of pocket fees, do still apply. BodyLogicMD charges a processing fee any time testing is ordered – which is roughly 3-4 times a year. This processing and administration fee covers all of the back office work that is done related to your appointments and treatment. When you visit a BodyLogicMD practice, you may notice that the in-office staff is much smaller than a traditional medical practice, and that’s because the practitioner has a support team that operates remotely and handles all of the administrative work. Doing this allows the practitioner to spend more time with you and focus entirely on your care, and while some may view this as an extra fee, in reality, it helps keep the consultation fees low compared to other concierge practices.
