From when I bought my front bumper to now , they’re customer service was horrible , they don’t try and help you out on your end , just whatever benefits them , I bought a 2008 Subaru wrx sti look front bumper that says it fit on a 08 wrx and I was told it did but it definitely did not , I sent them tons of pictures and the part number and they kept telling me they didn’t get any pics but I can clearly see them in all of our messages. They kept talkin in circles and couldn’t come to a solution to fixing the problem , couldn’t even give me some of my money back so now I’m 300 dollars less and no front bumper till I have the money for a new one , for anyone looking into buying any body parts for their car I recommend NOT going to body kits.com , bad quality party’s , bad customer service , parts don’t even fit correctly.

They sent me the wrong product and it was cracked when it got here and they wanted me to pay to ship it back even though they weren't going to reimburse me for it. Yes I ordered it, but I selected the correct year on their website and somehow still got to that body kit for another year. I sold it on my own and recovered some of the cost, but I'll not buy anything else from them in the future.

Bought a Body Kit for my S15 Silvia going on 8 weeks now. Unfortunately I cannot get a straight answer as to when the item will be shipped, Writing them weekly to get updates but cannot get one.

If i can give 0 stars I would. The fitment for my car was horrible and did not fit at all. My package came cracked too. I will never use this website again.

Everything I ordered was delivered, notifications for the delivery would have been nice though.

Horrible experience!!!! Took six months to receive my order and it was a nightmare. The front bumper was no good and horrible quality. I called them on it and they said it was normal. The body shop said they had never seen a kit with that poor of quality. Won't return nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I have been waiting over a month for a front bumper to complete a body shop repair. The order is #2281625 you should inform all customers that order these parts that they are made to order before they put the order in and then have to ask where its at weeks later.

I got exactly what I wanted this was the only place That i could find the item That I was looking for..great customer service and prices are way better than other sites by far..I’ll be buying often thank you for the great service!
