Took longer than expected to arrive

One of the fenders came with damage

Really cool body parts for your car delivered fast. I was not personally home receive my front bumper and spoiler but had a family member inspect the delivery and received it with no damage on the shipping boxes but after signing on the delivery and fully inspecting the items a day later I found a crack in the front bumper and a bubble that cracked with no resistance in the spoiler. Because of this damage I emailed them and asked for assistance and have not received any response in the two+ weeks I’ve had these parts for. They look really cool and it’s the items I want but they require more work to repair before install then anticipated.

The auto-leveling is not working

i like the bumper it was just a bit harder then expected to get and and one of the sides doesnt really want to stay on or fit nice to the headlight like the other side but i think i made it work

the side skirts were not accurate and I have to add some fiberglass work to make it fiot and match to my car. Byt he other side the surface came with primer but the surface itself was not smooth having valleys and montains all along the part, so my bodywork had to be more.

Driver just drove away while I was trying to inspect the hood. The body shop is having trouble adjusting it to fit the car

I had a couple" hiccups" between a couple manufacturer issues, and a horrible customer service experience with one of their reps at first then Ivan came along and took my situation into his own care as if it was his own. He had been extraordinary through out this process thus far and has to be one of BKs greater assets. I appreciate Ivan. You don't find Customer service like that just anywhere. I give Ivan 5 stars personally and will rate again later once my process is complete. :)
