The Customer Service is good, they set up a return for the hood and did so quickly. The hood itself was terrible. We ended up not returning the hood, because it was going to cost over have of the purchase price to return the item. We have spent an entire day, sanding, filling and smoothing the hood, JUST to prep for paint. As of now we have 2 qts of primer on the hood, just to try and hide the waves and imperfections. The hood with scoop, for a 2016 F250 was in no way, shape, or form, a good purchase. The customer service was helpful, but the return shipping fee made them pointless.

Id give zero stars. Amtrucking. Not ups or fed ex shipping. Hood showed up and inspection was fine, next day the hood started to peel and Crack and warp. Very unhappy. Id like my.money back, but im sure ill never see it. Very u happy with the product. And for the price it should've been perfect and not felt like a kids toy hood on a car

Customer service was great and very helpful. The delivery was great. My kit had a couple small cracks somewhere along the way through shipping is the only reason I say 4 instead of 5.

The quality of the material is very bad a lot of imperfections the cut and the mold is not high quality. We have to add a lot of ponds to the fender like the hold fender. The Conner cut is bad not proper cut. Look like the company is have no quality control when send out the marterial. The material is not check before send out to customer. Very low quality. For the amount of time we wait for the fender to arrive we expected to be good quality.
