First known for the best medical grade compression sleeves for athletes and establishing a reputation for high quality, body helix is now taking that devotion to quality into pickleball. We now offer all the gear needed for the pickle ball community, including a full line of quality pickleball paddles, apparel, and electrolyte replacement hydration products. And, of course, we still offer the best compression sleeves available.Our compression sleeves are favorites because they stay in place, stretch more than the human body, and do not absorb sweat. Our physical therapy consultants tell us there are more injuries in pickle ball than tennis and we have seen that with the demand for our compression products. Whether you are a serious competitor or an entirely comfortable recreational athlete, you will find our line of products are all designed with the highest quality in mind to provide opportunities for anybody to enjoy being active. Not worth trying their Pickleball paddles (terrible return policy)

Your company has the worst pickleball paddle return policy I've ever seen. Update: Buyer beware. Unlike the all the other paddle companies there's no return policy if you try their paddles and it doesn't work for you. I watched a couple of YouTube reviews and thought I'd give the Body Helix X-3 PRO a try with the assumption that like all the other paddle companies there'll be a return policy within "X" amount of days. It's my mistake for not carefully reading their return policy beforehand and taking a chance on this a paddle and company. I've never seen anyone or shop with a Body Helix paddle so I had no prior opportunity to play with it before ordering one.

Hi Kenneth. Thank you for taking the time to comment on our return policy. In response to your post we have updated our paddle return policy. I have taken the liberty of publishing it here so that others may see for themselves. Paddle Warranty and Return Policy: Paddle Return Policy (effective June 6, 2024) You have seven (7) days from receipt of the paddle to return it for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if you do an exchange for another paddle in our line-up. The second paddle is not returnable unless the plastic is still on the handle and the paddle has not been hit. You must contact [email protected] to get approval for the return. Approval is granted once we receive pictures of the paddle and can see that there is no damage or neglect. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs of returns or exchanges. If requesting a refund, expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns within the 7 day return window. If the paddle shows signs of abuse or neglect that will render the paddle unusable the return will be denied. If we receive the paddle after approving the return and it comes to us with obvious damage or neglect that was not visible in the photos, we will deny the return and send the paddle back to you. BodyHelix X3 Pro is a Solid paddle……
BodyHelix X3 Pro is a Solid paddle… great power with a large sweet spot. Good price for a nice paddle. Tested the first week and it was hard to control the ball on spinning swings. It’s on a heavy side at the kitchen with slower hand for defense. Overall, it’s a great paddle for the price.
