Honestly what made my experience was the staff, and the environment. They were warm and friendly when I came in, they kept good conversations and office was clean. You can tell everyone works well together and they are like a 2nd family. Oce I went back to the room she got some background and started measurements. I'm not a shy person but she was friendly and professional with directions and explaining what was going on. The procedure was relaxing, I was hesitant on whether or not this would work. To my surprise I had lost 3" overall. She also walked me through pricing never haggled or forced my hand into a purchase. That alone will make me come back. She alo assisted me in a few items they have that would be very beneficial for me. Thank you for a wonderful experience Thanks, Cora
