This experience has been a very pleasant surprise. I purchased this deal because I was curious to see what the red light process was all about, and during that first session I lost 3 inches. The nutrition portion of this program has been an excellent bonus. I am currently down 9 lbs after a week of following the nutrition program along with going to my red light sessions. I highly recommend this program!!!

Before I started the red light theory, had stomach issues, indigestion and gassy. Nothing I did worked. I had only 2 sessions but I feel like I have a new stomach also I decided to use there diet plan I have a lot more energy, however gyming is something I love, a matter of fact I not lost weight but I lost about 4 inches and burn about 1000 calories on average work day, which mean I have a lot more energy and my sleep is certainly better before I will get up at 2am every morning every day now I sleep straight through the nigh. I have 5months and 2 weeks left of this journey I’m certainly excited to see where it takes me. If I can get all my friends and family on this theory I will.

The team was really welcoming and helpful, you could tell they worked with lot of patients and as someone who’s been struggling with being confident for a long time in this journey, it was really great to see that they were as supportive as they were.
