Was a joke. First they tried to get me to pay over $400 for 6 visits, then had me fill out AWFULLY copied blotched paperwork, then said “It’s usually warm when others are in”. Laid in this plastic, insulated, sleeve with absolutely no warmth. Don’t waste your money.

Bonjour, je ne sais pas, je vais commencer par quoi mais j’ai vécu cinq jours de l’enfer à ce clinique J’ai fait les liposuccion dans cette clinique, après l’intervention qui a duré cinq heures plus deux heures de réanimation et une journée et demie de jeunes ils m’ont fait monter dans la chambre vers le coup de minuit ils m’ont jeté sur le lit pire qu’un animal, j’ai resté de minuit jusqu’à 4h15 Y’a personne qui Passer voir l’état de ma santé, ou qui me donne des antalgiques Ou qu’il mette un sérum car j’avais une baisse de tension Pour vous dire, ils ont débranché la sonnette qui était juste à côté de mon lit pour que je les dérangerais pas Au milieu de la nuit, j’ai utilisé malgré ça la sonnette de mon téléphone qui était juste à côté Y a personne qui est venue, ma chambre, elle était juste à côté de leur bureau et moi je les entends en train de rigoler, il y avait de la musique toute la nuit À 4h15 du matin il y a un médecin de garde elle est passée, j’ai senti avait que quelque chose en dessous de moi j’ai pris mon téléphone avec le Traducteurs j’ai dit Que je me sens pas bien et mon lit il était plein de la sueur, Et quand le médecin elle a retiré la La couette qui était sur moi, elle est devenue toute blanche mon lit il était plein du sang et des urines parce que j’avais une sonde d’urine qui est branché car je peux pas y aller aux toilettes plus les cendres qui était branchées a mois pour évacuer tout ce qui est produis après le liposuccion Tout de suite elle a appelé les infirmières au lieu qu’elles prenne soin de moi et regarder ma tension, ils ont commencé à nettoyer le lit Ils m’ont mis sur une chaise Et moi j’avais une baisse de tension, à ce moment-là j’ai perdu conscience, je ne sais pas j’ai resté combien de temps inconsciente J’ai pas vraiment des mots à dire tellement que je suis traumatisée depuis ce jour, Ils sont ni professionnel ni compétent ils sont même pas des humains Parce que Ils prennent la vie des gens comme de la rigolade Je ne peux pas leur pardonner, ni dans cette vie, ni dans l’autre vie que Allah, il le punit par rapport à leurs actes J’ai oublié de rajouter ça, j’ai déposé une plainte au niveau de l’administration Et j’ai laissé mes coordonnées jusqu’à ce jour, j’ai pas eu de suite C’est-à-dire ils sont tous complices, c’est un marché d’humain c’est pas un hôpital il cherche juste à encaisser de l’argent

Hasta güvenliği ve sistemle ilgili ciddi endişelerim var. Bu hastaneye hasta olarak geldiğimde, ameliyat öncesi süreçte ciddi bir mağduriyet yaşadım. Doktorla görüşmeye götürüldüğüm sırada odada bıraktığım ziynet eşyalarımın kaybolduğunu fark ettim. Kat neredeyse boştu; odama girip çıkanlar yalnızca hastane personeliydi. Buna rağmen konuya yeterli ilgi gösterilmedi. Bu durum bana can ve mal güvenliği açısından ciddi bir sistem zaafı olduğunu düşündürdü. Daha sonra personel sirkülasyonunun çok sık olduğu bilgisini de edindim. Parasını ödediğiniz özel oda, güvenlik açısından maalesef kendimi güvende hissettirmedi. Ayrıca damar yolu açılırken yaşadığım uygulama son derece travmatikti. Damar yolu açılırken elim defalarca denendi, yoğun kanama oldu ve ciddi şekilde canım yandı. Daha girişte bu deneyimi yaşadıktan sonra kendimi güvende hissetmediğim için ameliyattan vazgeçmek zorunda kaldım. Burun estetiğine uygunluk için yalnızca kan tahlili amacıyla 16.500 TL ödeme alındı. Bu süreçte kendimi psikolojik baskı altında hissettim. Hastanenin büyük veya gösterişli olması güvenli olduğu anlamına gelmiyor. Benim için çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığı ve yanlış bir tercihti. Yaşadıklarım nedeniyle hem maddi hem manevi olarak yıprandım. Bu yorumu, benim yaşadıklarımı başkaları da yaşamasın diye yazıyorum. Özellikle hasta güvenliği, eşya güvenliği ve personel uygulamaları konusunda daha dikkatli olunması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

I entered the hospital with a friendly smile. During the pre-operation process for my rhinoplasty, while the nurse was inserting the IV line, she intervened in such a way that she forced the vein with the needle, causing blood to spurt everywhere – my hand, the sheets in the room, the floor, the nurse’s clothes, and my own clothes. Before even undergoing surgery, I was terrified, wondering what would happen afterward if I ended up in this state just from an IV line. On top of the excessive bleeding, she kept pressing on my hand for such a long time that I almost fainted from the severe pain. I have never experienced such a traumatic IV insertion in my life. My mother has been a surgical nurse in the public health sector for 45 years, and I also studied nursing. Yet, I did not encounter a single person who showed any human empathy or care. After all this, and even after meeting with the doctor, I had no choice but to cancel the surgery. After all the stress, nervous breakdown, and tears, I was still required to immediately pay the 16,500 TL fee, which was requested for just a few hours’ use of the room and the blood tests needed to determine my suitability for the rhinoplasty. On top of that, I experienced another situation that made me feel extremely unsafe. My gold jewelry (rings and bracelets) went missing in the room. While I was taken to see the doctor, the only people entering or leaving the room were staff members. Later, I learned that staff rotations were very frequent, and the hospital floor was otherwise empty at the time. The private room I had paid for did not meet my expectations for safety. Coming here turned out to be a huge mistake. I am an international patient. My hotel accommodation, flight tickets – everything became a loss. I do not feel safe in Turkey. I returned to the Netherlands devastated, with both financial and emotional damage. I truly don’t know what more could have gone wrong. I have now realized just how accurate my friends’ advice to “be cautious” when dealing with private hospitals in Turkey was. Based on my personal experience, from now on I will only choose private hospitals or public hospitals that are well-known, reputable, and place a strong emphasis on trustworthiness. This review is entirely based on my own personal experience and observations.

I signed up and was supposed to be sent an email with information, this was a couple of weeks or more ago and I have not recieved one yet, but the charges wnrt thru on my credit card

La mia compagna si è affidata a Prof Clinic, promoter attivo su Instagram, per un intervento estetico a Istanbul. Il percorso, gestito commercialmente dalla Natural Clinic, prevedeva il prericovero, l'intervento presso il BHT Clinic (ospedale privato), e il post-operatorio. Purtroppo, si è rivelato un incubo sotto ogni punto di vista. 1. Mancanza totale di informazioni sul post-operatorio Nessuno ha informato correttamente la mia compagna su cosa avrebbe comportato il post intervento, né sul piano fisico (dolore, limitazioni), né su quello emotivo. Le poche indicazioni sono arrivate solo dopo l’intervento, quando era ancora sotto effetto dell’anestesia, in stato confusionale. Nessun supporto preventivo, nessuna preparazione. 2. Assistenza carente, igiene discutibile Il personale non parlava italiano, né inglese: comunicavamo con Google Translate. Durante il ricovero al BHT Clinic e poi nella struttura di Natural Clinic, le pazienti erano lasciate da sole, sofferenti, a volte in lacrime. Garze sporche a terra, drenaggi mai svuotati: sono stato io a doverli gestire per la mia compagna. Unica presenza gentile, un’infermiera giovane e inesperta, che cercava di confortare donne disperate in un corridoio freddo e disorganizzato. Tutto questo è avvenuto in un ambiente che, seppur apparentemente pulito, non garantiva un minimo standard igienico o umano. 3. Intervento non riuscito – nessun risultato, solo dolore A distanza di cinque mesi l’intervento non ha dato i risultati sperati. Peggio: la mia compagna ha sofferto dolori fortissimi nei punti in cui sono state inserite le cannule, ben oltre quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una procedura del genere. Il disagio psicologico e fisico è stato enorme. In conclusione: un rischio per la salute, una perdita di tempo, un trauma psicofisico ed un esborso economico senza alcun ritorno. Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a questa catena (Prof Clinic / Natural Clinic / BHT Clinic). E non fatevi ingannare dalle tante recensioni positive: quelle negative vengono regolarmente rimosse. Anche la recensione della mia compagna è stata cancellata dopo richiesta di "ulteriori chiarimenti" da parte di Trustpilot. Sono disponibile a fornire documentazione, foto, prove delle conversazioni e posizione GPS a chiunque voglia approfondire.

Can’t trust this place with nothing. Super shady

Last appointment was today with special offer. Was running 15 minutes late due to traffic/accident. I called to inform the facility and was told to rebook next week - I even offered to wait to be fit in. Per the website, visits need to be close. Since it’s a waste now, I won’t be returning. I would like to request a refund of half of Package 2 ($127 cost). I won’t hold my breathe.
