Fantastic customer service. I exchanged several emails with the company to find record of my replacement eligibility. They finally found my account record and graciously offered me free shipping because of the difficulty.

This is a great company with an excellent product and equally excellent customer service. I recently replaced my glass screen protector for only shipping. It was easy to order via their website and it came to me in a week. Simple process, and now I have a new screen protector!
