I put in an order for a case and screen protector. They sent me the confirmation and charged my credit card but never sent the email with tracking. Order also not showing on recent orders on their website. They basically charged me for nothing and customer service is impossible to reach. No response for days.

I got the wrong screen protector and I don’t know if I should register this on first or send it back or what! That long ass message when you call goes on and on by that annoying woman. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to call back. I don’t think any humans even work there! If I ever get this straightened out………

Total scam!!! I bought the service for lifetime screen protectors, for 50€. It included one protector and then they're supposed to be free with shipping for life! Yes it's an okay deal but shipping is so prohibitive almost the price of 3 normal market screen protectors plus you need to send the broken one back, which is dumb because the first thing I did was throw it away not knowing. Then customer service basically were like well no dice.

Don’t Buy From This Company! I paid for this screen protector with the promise of replacements but it’s almost impossible to actually get one. I log into my account but it never lets me add it to my cart. I send requests for help and never get an answer.

Well I’m glad somebody has luck with them .. they won’t accept my debit card numbers are correct the money is in my bank and it’s not blocked !

I bought the Pure 3 EyeGuard Blue Light Screen Protector for iPhone 13 Pro Max. When installing the screen protector I could not get all the bubbles out. I would run my finger over the bubbles but the bubbles just cane back. Not what I expected. Can't recommend this screen protecter.

This company is a ripoff and their products overpriced junk. Paid $23.82 on 12/4/22 for a supposedly great screen protector. Couldn't get It applied correctly despite their fancy box, which is the only thing that is fancy, the protector received was just a flimsy piece of plastic. So had to use their so-called replacement program wherein they charged me $10.65 for a 'free' replacement on 12/14/22. On 1/24/23 I returned the first screen protector in their envelope provided as per their their policy. On 2/23/23 an unauthorized charge of $47.65 was placed on my account with no reason or communication from the company whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and do not give them your card info. Shop elsewhere.

thieves, do not buy these covers. After buying the cover it broke (they are not of good quality) I asked for a replacement under warranty and they billed me again. The replacement thing is a scam. I don't recommend it unless you want to lose money.
