We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Pure 2 Edge protector. This protector is made from tempered glass and can break depending on what the device comes in contact with or if the device is dropped. If you are having trouble with this protector we do have another protector that may work better for you. Our PRTX protector is a synthetic glass protector and is shatterproof. This protector will not crack or chip like the tempered glass can. The PRTX will still offer impact protection to your device and will still have the look and feel of glass.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It really helps push us to the next level. We are sorry that you are having trouble with your protectors cracking. The SpyGlass is a tempered glass protector and so depending on what the protector comes in contact with or if the device is dropped the protector can crack. But the idea of the screen protector is to take that impact so that the screen on your device does not. If you are having issues with the protector cracking we just recently came out with a new product for the iPhone Xs Max and this may work better for you. Our PTRX is a synthetic glass protector and is shatterproof, but will still have the look and feel of glass. There is a trade off with this protector in that it does tend to scratch easier than the tempered glass protector, but it will still offer impact protection to your device. As far as the replacements go, there is no limit to how many replacements you can order. We do offer free shipping and handling on your first 5 replacements each year if you purchase a BodyGuardz case ($20 or more), but you can order more if you need to. We apologize for any confusion regarding the replacements program. You can replace your protector at anytime and for any reason. The replacements are free and then you just have to cover the shipping and handling fee. We don't require proof of purchase when you order a replacement so anyone could create an account and order a replacement for just the shipping and handling fee without ever having purchased the product. This is one of the main reasons we ask you to send the old protector back. When shipping your new replacement we cannot ship these in an envelope for the cost of a stamp or the replacements would arrive cracked and damaged and so we do ship these in a box. However, it doesn't matter if the old protector is cracked when sending it back so you can send the old protector back in the envelope that will come with your new replacement and it should only cost you one stamp to send it back to us. These protectors will offer impact and scratch protection and are made from tempered glass so they can crack depending on what they come in contact with or if the device is dropped, but the idea is that the screen on your device is protected.
