Bryanna, We are sorry to hear about your screen protector. Our tempered glass protectors are designed to protect the screen on the device. They are designed to take the impact so that the screen on your phone does not. However, because they are tempered glass they can crack depending on what they come in contact with. Depending on what device you have we may have a different protector that you can try. The BodyGuardz tempered glass protector is designed to protect the screen on your device. The protector is made from tempered glass and in most cases is stronger than regular glass, but it is still glass and can still break depending on what the protector and phone come in contact with. But the idea is that the protector breaks and takes that damage and abuse instead of your phone. We do offer replacements on our screen protectors so that you can replace your protector at anytime and for any reason. The replacements are free and then you would just cover the shipping and handling to have that new protector shipped to you. We appreciate your feedback. BodyGuardz does offer free replacements on screen protectors, but you do have to cover the shipping and handling on that replacement. We don't require proof of purchase to register or order a replacement protector so anyone can create an account and register a screen protector and order a new one for just the cost of the shipping and handling without ever having purchased the product. This is one of the main reasons we ask for the old screen protector back. Your new protector will come with an envelope for you to send the old screen protector back with and then it should only cost you one stamp to send it back to us. Tracking information is not required. We will also send you a confirmation email once we receive your old protector back so that you know that we did receive it. If you are not sure if we have received the old protector back you can always contact customer care and we are happy to check on that for you.

If you would like a replacement protector we would be happy to replace our product. It sounds like you have the Pure Arc protector for your S9. This protector has adhesive on the top and bottom and sides of the protector. We have recently come out with a new protector for the S9 and this may work better for you. PRTX is a fully synthetic, curved glass screen protector matching the look and feel of glass, but will never chip, shatter or pop off the screen. The electroplated, hardened topcoat of PRTX looks, feels and protects like glass with 9H hardness to prevent scratches. The middle layer is a blended formula of acrylic and PET that takes the impact but flexes and bends to prevent shattering. This protector will also have adhesive on the entire back of the screen protector.
