Joshua, We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your protector. The idea of the BodyGuardz Pure 2 protector is to take the impact so that the screen on the device does not. The protectors are made from tempered glass so depending on what they come in contact with or if the device is dropped they can crack. We do offer replacements on these protectors so you do have the option to replace your protector at anytime. The replacement itself is free, but you do have to cover the shipping and handling fee. If this protector is not working for you or if you are not happy with this product we do have an UltraTough protector that you can try. The UltraTough protector is a polyurethane film. This protector will not offer any impact protection, but will protect the device from scratches. This protector is self healing so any small scratches the protector may get will usually work themselves out on their own. Since this protector is not glass it will not crack like the Pure Glass protectors can. BodyGuardz offers replacements on screen protectors. The replacements are free, but you do have to cover the shipping and handling fee. We don't require proof of purchase when you order a replacement and so we do ask that you send your old protector back once you receive your new one. Your new replacement protector will come with an envelope for you to send the old protector back with and then it should only cost you one stamp to send that back to us. I am not sure what screen protectors you are referring to on Amazon, but the BodyGuardz Pure 2 and Pure 2 Edge protectors are made to be stronger than most protectors you would find in a 4 pack. These protectors have a surface hardness of 9H and are made from an aluminosilicate, a rare variant of tempered glass. The technology in this glass offers thinner, more durable protection unlike the regular soda-lime glass found in most other screen protectors. We also have other protectors that you can try. Shannon, Thank you for contacting us. We offer replacements on our screen protectors. The replacements are free and then you would just cover the shipping and handling fee. You can order a replacement at anytime and as often as you need to. We don't require proof of purchase when you order a replacement so anyone can create an account and order a replacement and just pay the shipping and handling fee without ever having purchased the product. Because we do not ask for proof of purchase we ask that you send the old screen protector back within 60 days of ordering your new replacement. However, if you don't have the old protector to send back or if you are not able to send it back then we would ask to see proof of purchase. If you purchased through a reseller you should be able to contact the reseller and they can usually get a copy of that receipt for you. A refund would have to be done through them as they are the ones who accepted the funds for that transaction. Dianna, We are sorry that you are having trouble with your screen protectors. The protectors are made from tempered glass and in most cases are stronger than regular glass. However, they are still glass and can break depending on what the device comes in contact with or if the device is dropped. The idea behind the glass protector is to offer impact protection to the device. It is designed to take that impact so that the screen on your device does not. If you are not happy with the glass protectors we do offer an UltraTough protector that you can try. Our UltraTough protector is a polyurethane film. This will not offer any impact protection, but will protect the device from scratches. This protector is not glass so it will not crack or chip.
