poor customer service and defective products
I purchased an expensive phone at the local AT&T store. My screen protector cracked within a year. Because I registered it, I was able to get a "free" one, just pay the shipping, and return the damaged one, which I did. The new one has a flaw, detected by a store associate, which causes a dead spot in my phone. I contacted Bodygardz and in order to waive the shipping fee, I have to take a picture of the flaw, which is impossible because it is very hard to see. Not acceptable! I talked to a person at Bodygaurdz and he told me they would accept a photo of my original receipt which I sent them. They are still asking me for a picture of the flaw.

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear about your experience. I wasn't able to find the image of your receipt in your correspondence with our customer care team. Would you mind emailing that again to [email protected] and putting it Attention: Ashley M? Once I can verify that we are happy to assist you further.
