I have been using BodyGuardz for over 9 years! Every phone has a screen protector and case all from BodyGuardz; it is a must! I love the replacement program because I am pretty rough on my devices, but BodyGuardz cases and screen protectors have always protected my device(s). I dropped my phone from a 10' platform onto concrete, and all that cracked was the screen protector. The Case worked well, and I sent the protector to be replaced for free. 9-year customer and love all of my products from BodyGuardz.

Unlike a previous reviewer, I too payed shipping for a new protective cover under their lifetime warranty. The process was seemless and it arrived quickly. I too did not realize that I needed to provide original receipt and send back old cover. I was charged full price, but once I caught the error I contacted the company and they made me whole as I explained the entire scenario (offering to find receipt and look for old cover). That was top notch customer service. I now know that when I seek another replacement I'll get the old one ready to send back. (lesson learned). And the cost is minimal and honored, which is more than I can say for many things these days.

I've been using BodyGardz screen protectors for my iPhones for several years. I've had to replace many protectors, but I've never lost a phone screen yet because of a dropped phone. Their free replacement policy is amazing, even if they ask you to pay for shipping and handling on the replacement. Nothing wrong with that! I retired to Portugal a few months ago, and they went out of their way to get me a final replacement screen and case for my phone. I highly recommend the quality of the product and service this company provides!

Phone was run over by a car, the only thing shattered was the bodyguards screen protector. Phone was completely fine. Excellent product and the lifetime warranty is well worth the shipping cost to save a $1000+ dollar phone.

I've ordered macbook ultraskin proterctors several times, as my boss gets a lot of macbooks for him and his family. They are the only ones that have the specific protectors and they are great. Their delivery time from the US to Europe was always the same. 2 to 3 weeks, which is expected. This time though, I made two different orders with a week distance one from the other. The second order arrived a month later. The first order seemed to be stuck in customs and never arrived. I expected the delay due to Covid19, but not the non-arrival. I contacted their customer support and they replied in 24hours telling me that they are sending a new order with no charge. As they did!! The product arrived a month later. I really don't know what they other reviews say, but they have an excellent customer service and I will buy from them again for sure!

My phone has been dropped badly 3 times now and it’s cracked the screen twice. Body guardz screen protector has saved my phone from being cracked twice now. Excellent product and protects my phone extremely well.

I accidentally left my phone on my bf’s roof today and he drove off and my phone got run over by at LEAST one car. It was like it never happened bc of the Body Gaurdz case and screen protector!! I thought i was surely F****d. I had gotten this phone only a few weeks ago so I am especially grateful and relieved!!
